I purchased my Season Splash Pass online. How do I get my Season Splash Pass?

During your initial visit to Wild Waterworks, please line up at a Wild Waterworks Admission Kiosk to obtain your Season Splash Pass Wristband, take a photo for your Season Splash Pass ID, and receive your Bring a Friend FREE coupon. There is a designated line for guests who have purchased their admissions online, but you may choose whichever line is shorter.

I have my Season Splash Pass wristband activated. Do I still need to wait in line to enter the Park?

If you already have your Season Splash Pass wristband activated, you do not need to wait in line for the Admission Kiosk. Please proceed to the Bag Check area to have your bags and coolers inspected. Once you’re given the all clear, you’re good to enter the Park!

My child does not have an email address. What do I do?

An email address is required for all Season Splash Passholders to trace the pass if lost, and can be used as a method of contact in the event of an emergency. If your child does not have their own email address, a guardian’s email address can be used as a substitute.

When can I use my Season Splash Pass Perks and Rewards?

As soon as you have an active Season Splash Pass, you can start taking advantage of your additional perks right away, including early entry at 10:30am, Tubes Tuesday’s, Thirsty Thursday’s, and more!

How do I use my 10% discount?

Season Splash Passholders receive 10% off purchases in Waves concession. Present your Season Splash Pass wristband to the cashier to have your discount applied.

I have a physical Bring a Friend Free coupon. How does my guest redeem it?

Bring a Friend Free coupons may only be redeemed in-person, at the Park. The person redeeming the coupon is required to line up at a Wild Waterworks Admission Kiosk and must surrender their coupon to staff, in exchange for a Full Day Admission Wristband. There is a designated line for guests who have complimentary passes and coupons, but you may choose whichever line is shorter. Guests redeeming a Bring a Friend coupon will also benefit from early entry.

Is my Season Splash Pass wristband waterproof?

Yes. The RFID wristbands are intended for you to wear at all times during your visit, including when you’re in the water. Those observed not wearing wristbands may be stopped by Park Staff, and will be advised to put their wristband on for entry verification and identification purposes.

I can’t find my wristband. What do I do?

During your next visit, please visit a Wild Waterworks Admission Kiosk or Guest Services to obtain a replacement Season Splash Pass wristband, subject to verification and replacement fees. Once verified, the lost/stolen wristband will no longer be active.

Do you offer a Payment Plan?

At this time, Wild Waterworks does not have a Payment Plan option. All guests are required to pay for their Season Splash Pass in full whether online or at the Park, or, can purchase Day Admissions instead.

I already have my wristbands and want to renew my Season Splash Pass online. How do I do this?

Renewals can only be purchased and processed in-park during operating hours at the Kiosks or Guest Services, and wristbands must be present at the time of purchase/renewal. You may purchase your Season Splash Passes online if you wish, but you will not receive your wristband re-use discount.

My child is 10 years old and currently has a green Season Splash Pass wristband. What happens when they turn 11?

Once your child turns 11, please visit a Wild Waterworks Admission Kiosk or Guest Services with proof of age. Once proven, our staff will be happy to swap your green wristband for a blue wristband, at no additional cost.

Is there a discount for renewing your pass?

Current Season Passholders can save $10 per Individual Season Splash Pass or Additional Pack Member renewal and $35 off per 4-Pack Season Splash Pass renewal.

Wild Waterworks Season Splash Pass Rules & Regulations 2025

Your Wild Waterworks Season Splash Pass is for the exclusive use of the individual pass holder whose use thereof, constitutes agreement with the rules as set forth by Wild Waterworks.

1. The Season Splash Pass allows the bearer unlimited admission into Wild Waterworks during regular public operating hours.
2. Season Splash Pass wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used by the authorized user. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
3. Any attempt to gain admission into Wild Waterworks using a Season Splash Pass by a guest whom the Pass was not originally issued may result in immediate confiscation of the Pass without refund.
4. Fees for food, beverages, merchandise, rentals and special events are not included.
5. Season Splash Pass holders are assigned specific coloured wristbands based upon age. Each Season Splash Pass holder will be required to obtain an identity photo which is used to authenticate each Season Splash Pass holder’s eligibility to enter Wild Waterworks.
6. Season Splash Pass holders must present their bag/belongings at the time of entrance or re-entry for inspection. No restricted items can come into the facility such as glass, sharp utensils, or alcohol.
7. Assigned Season Splash Pass wristbands must be present to enter and re-enter the facility. Wristband must be worn at all times while in the facility.
8. The violation of any Wild Waterworks Facility Rules or any misbehavior that disrupts other patron’s enjoyment of the facility is prohibited and violators may be ejected without refund.
9. Statement on Workplace Harassment and Violence: Management makes every effort to ensure our staff work in an environment free from harassment and violence. At Wild Waterworks, our staff endeavour to treat our guest with the utmost respect and courtesy, and we expect similar treatment from our patrons. Our staff and Management reserve the right to refuse service or take legal action against any guest who engaged in any of the following actions towards staff:
   a) verbal or implied threats of violence towards a person
   b) the use of or attempted use of physical force towards a person which could cause physical injury
   c) unwelcome or offensive comments or gestures made towards a person including swearing, yelling, name calling, intimidation or bullying
   d) any other form or comment or conduct towards a person this is known or ought to be reasonably known to be unwelcome.
10. All hours and operating schedules are subject to change without notice and all attractions or events are subject to closing or cancellation due to weather conditions or facility capacity, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. Wild Waterworks is not liable for any injury sustained (whether or not caused by negligence).
12. Wild Waterworks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged properly while on the premises, whether inside the facility or in the parking lot. Wild Waterworks is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or personal belongings.
13. A replacement fee of $9.29 + tax is applicable for misplaced and/or damaged Season Splash Pass Wristbands. Alternatively, a daily park admission may be purchased at the front gate at full price.
14. In the event of a capacity restriction, Season Splash Pass holders may continue to enter the Park, subject to bag check inspection.
15. Children 10 and under MUST be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.
16. Children 10 and under are required to wear an approved lifejacket/PDF in the Wave Action Pool and Eazy River.
17. All Wild Waterworks rules and policies must be adhered to at all times. Park Activity Suspension Policy is in effect.
18. Exclusive early entry at 10:30am is weather dependent.
19. Tubes Tuesday offer valid while supplies last, on a first come, first served basis. Deposit fee required during purchase. Tubes may be used in the Wave Pool, Eazy River, and on tube slides. Tube and matching receipt must be presented to receive deposit.
20. Thirsty Thursday offer cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions. While supplies last. Season Splash Pass wristband must be presented to the cashier receive offer.
21. Bring A Friend Free coupon can only be redeemed at a Wild Waterworks Kiosk. Guest redeeming the coupon must wait in the queue to exchange for a valid wristband. Offer cannot be applied to online purchases, and cannot be combined with any other offers and/or promotions. Bring A Friend Free admission also permits exclusive early entry.
22. Season Splash Pass holders are not eligible for receiving a complimentary pass in the event of inclement weather and/or facility closures.
23. In the event of disputes, the decision of Wild Waterworks management shall be final.

As a condition for the entry and use of Wild Waterworks’ water park and other on-site facilities, the ticket holder assumes all risk of personal injury, property loss, or death resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to: the risks, dangers and hazards of the use of Wild Waterworks, the risk of exposure to and infection from viruses or diseases; or negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory or other duty of care on the part of the Hamilton Region Conservation Authority. USERS OF THESE PREMISES ASSUME THE RISK OF ANY INJURY OR DEATH THAT MAY OCCUR. THE OPERATOR’S LIABILITY IS EXCLUDED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON YOUR TICKET RECEIPT.
