Please note, children ages 3-10 MUST be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.

Wild Waterworks and Confederation Beach Park are SMOKE FREE. *including e-cigarettes/vapes.

Yes, you can bring in outside food into the park and your own cooler. However, we do not permit glass, knives or alcohol.  Your cooler will be checked for these items.

Lifejackets are available throughout the park. If you wish to bring in your own lifejacket, they must be Transport Canada Approved Lifejackets.

Outside tubes are not permitted.

Tubes are required to meet specific specifications to use our water attractions safely, such as the correct inflation level, and size.

Wild Waterworks offers clear Tube Rentals on a first come first served basis to all customers at our Rentals Buildings.

Pink tubes are provided for any attractions that require tubes. Tubes are permitted in the Wave Pool, but they are not provided.

We have day lockers and single use lockers inside the park. Single use lockers are inside the change rooms for a fee.

Minimum twelve (12) hours notice is required for cancellation.

No refunds, no re-booking or compensation in part or whole will be provided if less than twelve (12) hours notice is given. In the event Wild Waterworks closes due to inclement weather, refunds will not be issued. If the closure due to inclement weather is prior to 4:00 p.m.

Wild Waterworks staff and the client will determine what compensation may be provided during the re-booking. Every reasonable attempt will be made to reschedule the cabana booking on a date agreed upon by the client and Wild Waterworks.

Should a date not be found, a cabana voucher will be issued for use in the following season. Valid for one (1) season. If the closure due to inclement weather is after 4:00 p.m. the rental will be deemed complete and there will be no re-booking. 

No partial or no full compensation will be provided for the cabana rental package. Please reference the Park Activity Suspension Policy.

PLEASE do not swim when you have diarrhea. You can spread germs in the water and make other people sick.

PLEASE do not swallow pool water. Avoid getting water in your mouth.
PLEASE practice good hygiene. Take a shower before swimming and wash your hands after using the toilet or changing diapers.

PLEASE take your kids on bathroom breaks or check diapers often. Waiting to hear “I have to go” may mean that it’s too late.

PLEASE change diapers in bathroom or diaper changing area & not poolside.

PLEASE wash your child thoroughly (especially their rear end) with soap and water before swimming.

We hope that the weather is cooperative during your visit to Wild Waterworks. We make every effort to remain open during periods of rain or cool weather. In the event that we close the facility for the day, all guests will be entitled to a pass to return another day. If we close before 3 pm, each guest will receive a full day pass. If we close after 3 pm, each guest will receive a sunset pass. Sorry, but Wild Waterworks does not give monetary refunds due to inclement weather. Click here for our full weather policy.
Umbrellas  are permitted BUT large beach umbrellas cannot be left unattended. They also cannot be on the main turf concrete in such a location that they impede the view of the wavepool and cannot be staked or put in the ground. Tents and sun shelters higher than 4 feet or that require staking are not permitted.
Yes you can bring in lawn chairs. There are picnic tables and loungers throughout the park that are on a first come first served basis.

No Animals of any kind are allowed in the park; except for legally-defined service animals or as may otherwise be required by law to assist those with disabilities (as defined by the Access for Ontarians with Disabilities Act or other applicable laws). If you claim to have a legally-qualifying “service animal”, you will be required to verify its legitimacy.

A service animal is also prohibited from all rides and pools due to safety and hygiene requirements. Please understand that we may require removal of your service animal from park property if it poses a threat to persons or property, including without limitation, if it is unruly, threatening, aggressive (barking, snarling, biting at patrons, etc.) and/or if you are unable to control your animal at all times.

Little Squirt Works is designed for children 0-9 supervised by their parents. Toddlers love this fun wading pool with sprays, mists and fountains. Children that are not toilet trained are required to wear swim rated diapers. Children can also enjoy The Eazy River and Wave pool with their parents.

Yes. All riders must be weighed each time prior to riding a waterslide.

The City of Hamilton owns Wild Waterworks, and the Hamilton Conservation Authority manages the day-to-day operations of Wild Waterworks.
