Important things to note before applying to Wild Waterworks:
- Availability of 20-40 hours per week, including weekend, weekday and holidays. Minimum of 20 hours/week required
- Positions require outdoor work for extended periods of time through various weather conditions including heat and humidity
- All staff are required to attend mandatory training sessions throughout the month of May (evenings and all weekends), as well asweekly or bi-weekly in-season training
- As part of the Hamilton Conservation Authority team you may be scheduled and asked to report to a different conservation area to assist with special events, staffing shortages, etc. throughout the length of your employment period
- Criminal Records and Judicial Matters check are required for all positions at the applicants own expense and must be submitted prior to commencing work\

Lifeguard Starting Wage: $18.00
Up to 55 Lifeguards are required to perform various lifeguarding duties at Wild Waterworks
- 16 years of age or older
- valid National Lifeguard certificate,
- a valid CPR Level C and Standard First Aid certificate.
- Water Safety instructor’s certification considered an asset.

Water Park Attendant Starting Wage: $14.85 – $15.75
Up to 16 Water park Attendants are required to operate and dispatch riders in a safe manner, following all safety regulations provided.
- 14 years of age or older
- valid CPR Level C and Standard First Aid certificate considered an asset
- valid Bronze Cross certificate considered an asset

Assistant Pool Operator Starting Wage: $16.75
Up to 3 Assistant Pool Operators are required to assist with the successful operation of mechanical systems and water attractions at Wild Waterworks
- Pool Operators certificate is required or willing to obtain
- Standard First Aid and CPR certification
Maintenance Starting Wage: $14.85 – $15.75
Up to 12 Maintenance & Cleaning Staff are required to perform cleaning and disinfection of all areas , park maintenance, grounds keeping, janitorial duties
- Assist with pre-season preparation of Wild Waterworks (end of April start)
- Standard First Aid and CPR considered an asset
- Previous maintenance and cleaning duties considered an asset

Security Officer Starting Wage: $17.00
Up to 4 Security Officers are required for the safety and well-being of all guests, staff and other visitors at Wild Waterworks.
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license as mandated by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.

Guest Services Representative Starting Wage: $16.75
Up to 7 Guest Services Representatives are required for ensuring the satisfaction and enjoyment of visitors at Wild Waterworks.
- Previous experience with cash handling, POS system, and public relations considered an asset

Cashier Starting Wage: $14.85 – $15.75
Up to 40 Cashiers are required to sell/redeem admission tickets, rent tubes, collect fees, control turnstile, serve food and beverage items, and attend to cabanas.
- Experience with cash handling, POS system and public relations is a considered an asset.
- Standard First Aid and CPR considered an asset
- Food handling considered an asset
