Wild Waterworks 2022 Reopening FAQ

Q: When are you opening?
A: Welcome back to Wild Waterworks! We are thrilled to reopen and welcome you to join us at the end of June when we kick off our 2022 season. Once we have an exact date confirmed, we will share it on our website and social media.

Q: When can I purchase admission tickets and season passes?
A: Guests will be able to purchase admission tickets and season passes online, prior to opening day at the end of June. We will update our website and social media once admission tickets and season passes are available to purchase.

Q: What days and times will you be open?
A: We will operate Wednesdays through Sundays, from 11:00am to 7:00pm (weather permitting). Season pass holders and those with cabana reservations are eligible for early entry into the park at 10:30am.We will also open on Civic Holiday (Monday, August 1) and Labour Day (Monday, September 5).

Q: Will you offer discounted season passes?
A: Our single season pass price will remain $107.08+HST, which is approximately the cost of 3 visits. Season pass holders receive the added benefit of early entry into the park at 10:30am. We also provide free parking and permit guests to bring in their own food and drinks, subject to facility rules.

Q: Will cost of admission be reduced if an attraction is closed due to short staff?
A: We will make every attempt to ensure all attractions remain open.  In the case one must temporarily close, we will post a notification immediately on our website and social media. In some circumstances, consideration may be given to an adjustment in admission fees.
